Over the past four years of business we have been commissioned to design and produce a number of planning applications to successful conclusions. We have also seen many schemes through to construction phase with many presently under construction. Our involvement in residential development has been the main direction of the practice, with a good amount of experience in this area held within the office.These projects ranging from under 10 units to over 400 units, all with successful planning decisions and a commercially viable build solution, together with pleasing thoughtful design. We have also designed conversion projects, including listed buildings, putting existing buildings back into use and allowing their space to be reused in an appropriate sensitive and sustainable way.
